Ingredients for Stuffed Sattu ki Roti Recipe -

For Dough -

Wheat Flour - 2 cups

Oil - 4 teaspoons

Salt - as per taste

For Stuffing -

Sattu - 1 cup

Mustard Oil - 4-5 teaspoons

Asafoetida - 2 pinches

Cumin Seeds - Half a teaspoon

Onion-2 (finely chopped)

Green Chilly -2-3 (finely chopped)

Ginger - 1 piece (grated)

Criander Leaves - 2 tsp (finely chopped)

Mango Pickles Oil - 2-3 spoon

Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon

Fennel Powder - 1 teaspoon

Red Chilly Powder - 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala powder - one teaspoon

Dry Mango Powder - Half a teaspoon

Salt - as per taste



How to Make Stuffed / Bharwan Sattu Ki Roti

To make Sattu stuffed roti, first of all we will put flour for the roti, first of all to apply the flour, filter out the wheat flour and take it out in a big bowl and add salt and oil to this filtered flour and make bread like water Knead the soft dough, now cover the dough for about 10 minutes and keep it to set, till then we will prepare the stuffing for the roti, filter the sattu in a big bowl to make the stuffing. Take asafetida, cumin, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, ginger, green coriander, pickle oil, lemon juice, coriander powder, fennel powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mango powder and salt. Add and mix well.
